Wang Chuanxi is a deputy of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and a deputy of the 9th, 10th and 11th Congress of CPC Shandong Provincial Committee. Currently, he serves as Standing Member of CPC Lanling County Committee (Temporary Post), Secretary of CPC Daicun Village Committee, and Chairman of Shandong Xintiandi Modern Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. His honors include National Model Worker, National Excellent CPC Member, National Ten Figures of Times in the Past 40 Years of Rural Reforms, Model of Times, Role Model of Dedication, Qilu Model of Times, and Excellent Responsible Party Secretary of Shandong.

Established in 2017, Shandong Xintiandi Modern Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. is a collective corporate enterprise of Daicun Village. Its business covers various fields, including modern agriculture, rural tourism, trade and logistics, construction decoration, education and health care, festivals and exhibitions, fine and deep processing of agricultural products, manufacturing of agricultural equipment, training for new agricultural professionals. It has seven subsidiaries and over 600 employees. It is a Chairman Member of Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism Branch of China Tourism Association, Chairman Member of Shandong Agricultural Ecology and Environment Protection Society, and an institution in cooperation of agricultural technology with Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Zhejiang University, Shandong Agricultural University, and Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
